I cannot download my certificate. What should I do?
⚠️ Important: Use a native browser
If you're having trouble downloading your certificate, the most common cause is using an embedded browser (like the one in WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or email apps).
Solution:
- Open the link in your device's native browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- If you're in an app, look for an "Open in Browser" or "Open in Safari/Chrome" option
- Please confirm your legal full name before download certificate
Note: Embedded browsers have limited functionality and may not support file downloads properly.
I can't find my confirmation email or certificate. Where should I look?
⚠️ Check your junk/spam folder
Our emails sometimes end up in spam or junk folders due to email filters. Here's where to look:
Check these folders:
- Spam/Junk folder
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
- Updates tab (Gmail)
- All Mail folder
Prevent future issues:
- Add admin@nztcm.co.nz to your contacts
- Mark our emails as "Not Spam" if found in junk
- Create a filter to always deliver emails from our domain to your inbox
If you still can't find your email after checking all folders, please contact us for assistance.
How do I access my purchased courses?
After purchasing a course, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to access your course.
Your email will include:
- Zoom meeting link and details
- Course date and time
- Any course materials or preparation instructions
- Contact information for support
You can also view all your orders and course details in the "My Orders" section of your account.
When will I receive my course certificate?
Certificates are automatically generated and emailed to you after you complete your course.
Timeline:
- Certificates are issued upon course completion
- Processing typically takes 1-2 business days
- You'll receive an email with your certificate attached
- You can also download it from your order history
Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the certificate email in your inbox.
How do I create an account or sign in?
You can create an account with your email address. Google sign-in is also available outside mainland China.
